How pricing works
A clear price before any work starts.
Every project starts with a conversation and a written proposal. It sets out what I’ll do, what it costs, and what I’ll need from you.
Running the tools, including hosting, monitoring, backups, and updates, is a prepaid fee for the whole team rather than a charge per user. Your proposal says exactly what it includes.
If you’re a non-profit or charity, I’m glad to work with you at a reduced rate. Tell me about your cause and what would help.

Is it all open-source software?
Mostly. Open-source tools cover a lot of everyday needs. When nothing fits, I can build a focused tool around how your organization works.
How do you keep it secure?
You get your own private server, so your tools and data never share a server with another client’s. I keep the software up to date, back it up, and watch for problems, and only the people you choose get an account.
Who owns the data?
You keep control of it. What’s in your name, and what I manage for you, is written into each proposal, so there’s no question later.
